Trips : New Mexico
New Mexico could get lost in the shuffle. After all it's between Texas (largest state in the lower 48)
and Arizona (home of the Grand Canyon) and below Colorado. All of those other states would seem to have
more to offer. Not so! There are plenty of interesting things in New Mexico, some of which we have
managed to visit.

Bosque Del Apache NWR
This wildlife refuge is home to thousands of sandhill cranes during the winter months. Not to be
outdone, there are even more snow geese that call the refuge home during the same time. It's an
amazing site to see when all of them decide to take off at the same time.
